Are we feeling comfortable yet?

Do you think it's possible to feel comfortable and uncomfortable at the same time? Caught somewhere between what you've always known, and what you wish you could forget. Always fighting against ruts and rhetoric. Unintentionally involved in some kind of second rate "coming of age" novel. Finally bored enough to kick and scream your way out of the womb. Blinking your eyes at the size of this new world you've just been thrust into. Trembling with fear and excitement, overcome with joy and sadness. Mourning the loss of your old home, and reveling in the beauty of your new one. Starting everything over, and learning all things new. I always thought that the birthting process was a one time only deal, but lately I've found that we will be put through this process as many times as it takes to truly become alive.
